Drummer, & Bass player wanted!

Preferably grade 5 & above.......... but we never want to turn anyone away!

Musicians wanted........

We are always looking for musicians.....

Obviously we need to maintain a competent and balanced band, but we never like to turn anyone away.

You will need to be able to read music and be able to play your chosen instrument to some level of proficiency (minimum grade 4 suggested). Young and improving players who want to play Big Band music but have not yet reached grade 4 standard are welcome to sit in on rehearsals, but may not be able to take part in public performances. We do have some band instruments which are lent to members.

The Band is a non-profit making organization. There are no subscription, the band manages to cover costs by fund raising concerts.

There will be no embarrassing audition. You will be invited to sit in at a rehearsal to see if the band suits you.

Rehearsals are held near Yeovil, Somerset, England on most Thursday evenings 7:45p.m. to 9:45 p.m. The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly.
